Dealer BootCamp 2025: Hands-On Learning, Real Connections, and Fresh Ideas

This June, AiN Group held our very first Dealer BootCamp, a hands-on event designed to bring dealers together for practical learning, meaningful connections, and a little fun in the Texas sun.

Hosted at HomePro’s headquarters in Dallas, the event began with a guided tour that offered a behind-the-scenes look at each department. Dealers got to see how HomePro operates day to day, gaining real-world insights into systems, workflows, and customer care strategies.

Throughout the day, attendees participated in interactive sales and business training sessions aimed at helping them sharpen their skills and grow their businesses. They also had the opportunity to learn from HomePro’s successes and best practices in launching their new outdoor living vertical—gaining valuable insights into what it takes to break into and thrive in this fast-growing category. It was also a great chance to network with like-minded integrators and share experiences and ideas.
The event featured a Partner Showcase and outdoor cooking demos, where vendors showcased the latest products in a live, outdoor setting. From grilling stations to smart tech and audio setups, dealers got to see the gear in action and ask questions directly to the experts.

One of the standout moments of the event was a private tour of Middleby’s 40,000 square foot Innovation Kitchen, filled with luxury appliances, allowing for hands-on training with their residential outdoor products.
