Stan Matysiak named Chief Executive Officer
Speros Venios appointed President
Diana Rotondo to continue as Executive Vice President
CHESTERFIELD, MI — As AiN Group celebrates its 25th anniversary, the nation’s leading low-voltage dealer network today announced a strategic expansion of its executive leadership team. This milestone move strengthens the company’s foundation for continued scale, innovation, and national impact across the security, AV, smart home, and custom integration industries.
Effective July 1, 2025, the following leadership appointments will take effect:
- Stan Matysiak, Founder and current President of AiN Group, will be elevated to Chief Executive Officer, continuing to lead the company’s long-term vision, national partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Speros Venios, a seasoned executive with decades of industry experience, will join AiN Group as President, assuming responsibility for operational leadership and execution.
- Diana Rotondo will remain in her key role as Executive Vice President, ensuring continuity across dealer relationships, partner engagement, and organizational operations.
“This is not a transition—it’s a progression,” said Matysiak. “AiN has scaled rapidly, and this leadership structure reflects both where we are and where we’re going. We’re reinforcing our foundation with executives who share our values and can elevate our impact. From launching new dealer segments like Outdoor Living and Site Surveillance to deepening our national partner programs, AiN is focused on long-term growth, and we’re building the team to drive it.”
A Structure Built for Scale
Over the past decade, AiN Group has expanded its reach across residential, commercial, outdoor living, and fire protection categories, solidifying its reputation as the industry’s most trusted and influential platform. With a national footprint of over 600 dealers across more than 650 locations, AiN continues to deliver unmatched value through its purchasing power, strategic education, and partner collaboration. This executive realignment positions AiN to meet increasing demand while preserving the agility, service culture, and relationship-first ethos that define the brand.
Welcoming Speros Venios as President
Bringing more than 25 years of leadership in the security and connected home sectors, Speros Venios has held senior roles at Ezlo Innovation, LenelS2, Interlogix, and GE. His experience spans sales leadership, market expansion, and operational excellence across both Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies.
“AiN Group stands out for its integrity, vision, and community,” said Venios. “I’m honored to join this mission-driven team and excited to help write the next chapter of growth.”
A Unified and Future-Focused Team
AiN Group was founded in 2001 by Stan Matysiak, following his successful and lengthy tenure with the First Alert Professional Dealer Program at Pittway. Since its inception, AiN has evolved from a disruptive concept into a national force, driven by initiatives that prioritize dealer profitability, partnership, and long-term value. Notably, AiN acquired the GE Connectivity business and secured a GE brand licensing agreement that propelled significant growth and expanded its national footprint. Diana Rotondo, a cornerstone of the organization’s success, will remain Executive Vice President. Her oversight of internal operations, field execution, and network-wide relationships remains instrumental as AiN enters its next phase. “We’ve always believed in leading with people, not just process,” said Rotondo. “This expansion gives us the depth and clarity to serve even better—and to stay true to what makes AiN different.”
Poised for the Next 25 Years
This announcement reflects not just a celebration of the past, but a bold commitment to the future. “We’re building for the long term,” added Matysiak. “Our industry is evolving rapidly, and AiN is doubling down on its role as a strategic partner. This leadership structure strengthens our ability to scale with purpose, while preserving the values that brought us here.”
