It’s a time when we come together, donned in our finest black tie attire, to celebrate not just the success, but the spirit and dedication of our AiN Dealers. These individuals stand out not only for their achievements and milestones but for their unwavering commitment to our group and the broader community we serve. This year, however, marked a pivotal moment in our tradition of recognition.

The genesis of the Diamond Award was driven by our desire to honor outstanding leadership, a resolute commitment to fostering success in others, and an integrity that not only shines brightly but also serves as a guiding light for others to emulate. Synergy, via their dedicated charity, Synergy Ministry, actively engages in hosting a variety of fundraisers and events on a monthly basis throughout the year. Their commitment to giving back is palpable, with team members enthusiastically volunteering their time or making donations to various charities across Central Florida. They are firm believers in the power of collective effort—understanding that when we unite for the greater good, we can address more needs, feed more people, and touch more hearts.
Under the leadership of President & CEO Guy Ross and Vice President David Troost, Synergy has also extended its benevolence beyond just the local community. Their pivotal roles in helping to launch the AiN Outdoor Program and supporting every AiN Dealer venturing into this new realm underscore their commitment to the success of their peers.
